Miljo Living Return Policy
Miljo provides a 3-year warranty, against defects in material and workmanship on all products manufactured. The warranty period shall begin on the original date of purchase by the original purchaser. At Miljo’s discretion, parts will be replaced on an exchange basis FOB – Fremont, OH or purchaser will be refunded the purchase price.
The warranty shall not apply if:
- Damage is caused by misuse or negligence.
- Damage is caused by improper installation.
- Damage is caused during shipment.
This warranty does not cover consequential damages.
To make a claim against this warranty, please contact Miljo at (419) 332-6434, Monday-Friday 8am-5pm EST and have the following information ready calling for parts:
- Part number
- Where system was purchased
- Proof of purchase
- Part number(s)
The company will notify the customer to send the defective product, transportation prepaid, to its offices in Fremont, OH.
